If there will be no PP or exchange, why are you here arguing that it won't happen? What are you getting out to trying to talk QSAP shareholders into selling their shares? If the exchange isn't happening, why wouldn't James simply say so? Why are you trying so hard to advocate for Joe's position? How much is Joe paying you? Finally, why do you focus on the alternate theory of Jeff's claim and ignore the larger question, are the preferred A's valid? What if the judge find that they aren't, and Jeff was improperly removed?

Lot's of questions, I don't expect you to answer. Just food for thought.

Finally, leaking deposition is the act of the losing side, trying to get something prior to the court date. Doesn't seem like someone who is confident in their case would do something as underhanded, unethical and just plan stupid as that.
