Dean stated on confcall that the NSE letter was nonsenical. His word not mine. Obviously, it was not "nonsensical".

Ways to improve the situation have been repeated here many times:

1. Drop MoneyTV
2. Provide a full-on demo of the DVIS
3. Perform fiduciary duty on the c-arm business
4. Get a 3rd party to review the device
