May 24, 2011 A Personal Message from the Founder It has been a while since I have updated affiliates and shareholders. After becoming a pubic company, there is much to do to assure Centacom can be the company I promised it would be. We are proud to introduce our Board of Directors, in Centacom they are in place to maintain profitability and compliance while serving the best interest of shareholders and the company. As the saying goes "the buck stops there" no corporate officer(s) can take any major action as to the direction of the company without the support of the BOD. In the structure of Centacom, I wanted no one person to have such power over the company or it's shareholders, rather, a working team thus, any major course action taken would have a check and balance system to assure the best results. We have all seen what happens when one person has a "SUPER MAJORITY" that will not be the case here. Our corporate officers are not directors of the company and have no voting rights on the BOD.
I have also heard a lot of talk about the financial of the Centacom, for the record, we have our accounting firm in the offices daily, completing the audited financial reports promised and they will be released soon. For my friends in the "paid pump department" all one has to do is contact our CPA firm to verify this information is true (they do accept phone calls). It is funny, those pumpers think just because a company officers do not post on blog sites they must be up to something, well we are, building a solid business, generating revenues and working to bring it's shareholders a real company with real value. I want all to remember, Centacom directors and officers have just completed a merger, there is work to be done restructuring and getting the company ready to move forward. Even with the road blocks placed in our way by others with a $$$$ personal agenda $$$$, we will deliver on those goals promised ... just maybe in a different way, still achieving the result in the end.
To the friends I made along the road to becoming a public company ... I want to say I have not forgotten the things discussed, but now as a public company, there are rules we must follow. Centacom is in this for the long haul and all things will come to past ... Take that to the Bank.
Look forward to meeting all at the first shareholders meeting!
