Can you give me an example of where you've been right? I can't remember one, but life is hectic so I may have missed something. In response to your comments I will say these few words:
1. Unless you are an insider of NHSH/Centacom, there is no way you could possibly know that, and based on your negative posts per NHSH/Centacom, it is clear you are not an insider - hence this is just an unfounded statement drawn from your overly creative imagination.
2. How do you know what the share structure of NHSH will have to become in order to facilitate the private placement - for all we know, the restricted shares may have already been set aside for the PP. Equally we don't know what the exchange rate is at this point, although we can make our own calculations based on the 22%, but again, your statement is by no way factual, and is merely posted here to try and scare newbies.
3. Based on Mr. Owens own statements well prior to the hostile takeover of the QASP shell by Joe Canouse and others, his goal was always to bring value to QASP shareholders, initially by r/m'ing his company into Q, but after your boys blocked that, by offering a share exchange (or private placement which is the same thing). Why would they want the stinking pig QASP shell now?
4. Again, unless you are the Judge in this case and have made your decision prior to actually having the hearing, this again is pure here say and in honesty, I see criminal charges being brought against others, not Jeff.
5. NHSH were never secretly plotting behind the backs of supposed QASP "creditors" they have been open, up front and in the public eye, even talking with your supposed "creditors"; you're people turned them down. As for A/S increasing, R/S his own shell, you are again offering your opinion, not fact - how do you know what Jeff and James are planning to do with the SS - you don't, so don't claim you do!
NHSH/Centacom has no money to sustain itself - how would you know, again, I don't believe you nor anyone else has seen the financials yet as the CPA has not yet completed them.
Again, you are not the judge, the jury or the executioner - you are some guy who happens to hang around with the wrong sort of folk. I am not calling you a liar, but I do believe that you know not of what you speak and are merely the spokesperson for insiders of QASP (other than Jeff of course). Please don't tell us you know the outcome of Thursdays court case as you do not, and you will not until Thursday.
Can I ask you sir, why is Mr. Digenova listed as the CEO of QASP in the MOU you prepared in April? Equally why was he invited to a behind closed doors shareholder meeting as the CEO of QASP at the end of april or beginning of May (I forget)? And why did YOU personally refer to Jeff and Josh as the only 2 board members of QASP when discussing QASP affairs that same day of the board meeting when you answered the call in number?
