You are so right. What you said is the truth. The form 4's looked like purchases with cash, not conversion of debt. It was a little deceiving no doubt about it. A lot of people jumped in this believing exactly as you did. This is where I totally disagree with Mike and a few others here on this issue. They say it is the same thing. I say maybe on paper it is, but what matters is the psyche of the traders and investors. Investors and traders just like cash purchases better than debt conversion. It's plain and simple. What you posted is exactly what a lot of people have been thinking. Oh well, I like your "not sticking your head in the sand" approach here. I wish you luck. Scott
