Since when is stating the facts an enemy.

Davis should care about shareholders. They are the life blood of the company.

How about an update as to the O/S?

The company should be debt free by now.

On Feb 2 (pre-r/s), there were 15 Billion O/S
In 3 1/2 months there are now (pre- R/S) 415 BILLION shares outstanding.

This is a monumental screwing of shareholders.
