Ok, the thing that was bothering me was that if Exile's assets of PROVEN oil are valued around roughly $28 million as calculated in the post that I am replying to,

then why would Exile's market cap only be about $13 million? Why is Exile so severely undervalued?

I think it has to do with the fact that Exile seems to spend about $1.6 million a year.

Hence, at about 200 barrels a day, Exile can extract about $675,000.00 of assets valued at $9 per barrel.

So they don't even cover their expenses...does that make sense?
