An RS can result in a number of things. The reasons I think it is good are:

1. Increasing PPS can put UNDT on one of the better markets (NYSE, NASDAQ) and attract potential investors

2. Less supply means higher prices when demand is up.

3. It looks good for UNDT to backtrack dilution and make honest efforts for its stockholders.
