UNDT stock does not move with news -
It is because the PR does not include the financial number. One the number is detailed, then it is clear for investors/traders etc. to participate.

Right now, it is vague on the number.

As time goes by, undt could benefit more since Japan and the world get more attention to this field.

Good luck and patient. It is risky here so you got to have stomach to hold shares.
