Well, I have never been a 'chartmaster' by any stretch of the imagination, but according to the website listed below, you calculate the height of the pattern by subtracting the lowest low from the highest high in the formation. Then, add the height to the highest high. In other words, an investor can expect the price to move upwards at least the distance from the breakout point plus the height of the pattern.
So, 11-3.5=7.5
7.5+11 = 18.5
Maybe I'm wayyy off base here, but it sure as heck sounds good to me!! GLTY
