The last thing we need to be doing is calling HGA. You look like a bunch of nilly-willies by doing that.

It doesn't look good for the company if people doubt them and call the company to check up on them.

Let's be professional here and give them the benefit of the doubt. I really don't think they would make this kind of announcement if they didn't have an agreement with these guys.
