Loyalton may have its own issues - although Mike seems to like 'em that way - gets us a better price I imagine.

It seems the original purchaser of the power was divesting its California customer base, and was looking to sell to a Canadian company.

The article was from January 2010. I'll see if I can find something more up-to-date.
