I am in on APCX, but this LOI stuff is not going to cut it. They could have a letter of Intent with Microsoft, doesnt mean nothing if the CEO is a scam artist(I am not saying he is, I have just seen this LOI tactic before). I want to see money coming in from SSLC. Until then doubt anything spectacular.
