For PPS estimates, I used this website

ppscalculator.com

If you assume that O/S is the full 2B, and yearly revenue is 8.75M (35M / 4years), you arrive at .0043.

O/S = 1.7B, rev = $8.75M, debt = $0 ==> $0.0050

O/S = 2.0B, rev = $8.75M, debt = $0 ==> $0.0043

O/S = 2.0B, rev = $8.75M, debt = $1M ==> $0.0038

There are a lot of unknowns, but I believe ExpertStocks made a fair estimate with the information available.

For a higher PPS, we would need a reduction of shares or huge increase in revenue. I don't see either happening in the near future, but I have no insight into the company plans. Who knows for sure? Maybe we'll be surprised.

Hope this helps.
