100% correct on all counts. The stock probably will be worthless. Maybe you should find someone to buy it and move on. If you want answers, you won't get them here. All that is here is guessing. Call Cobalis for answers. All you're doing is feeding your anger. If you cannot afford to hold, on you shouldn't have bought. Buying stocks from start-ups is extremely risky. The probability your stock would become worthless was probably above 50% the day you bought it. The probability has probably gone up a non-trivial amount since then. Surprised ? It's that risk that makes it cheap and it's that risk that makes people who can afford to hang on rich sometimes. Be thankful the risk is there so you have some non-zero probability of making a lot of money. No one here is going to give you a magic pill to make your disappointment go away. That magic pill is called time. In time you'll either have a loss to offsite your other gains, at which time you can pat yourself on the back and say "all of those guys on the forum now know I was right" (don't know how much you've invested, buy kind of expensive self-validation IMO). Or you'll be raking in the dough with the rest of us who hang in there. My simple advice to all the ticked off people on here is, lower your expectations and be pleasantly surprised or proudly vindicated. Either way, you win.
