HNSS can not get to the Nasdaq exchance - plain & simple.

HNSS would have to be pulling in 20M a quarter & have demonstrated 20M a quarter for like 3 years prior.

even with that as one of the few requirements to even get in, they would have to be able to maintain a $1/share price or get a delisting.

OTCBB - now that would be a possibility.
