Data for oil production and estimated income is at the website under the "ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS" section.

Start at "Important Assumptions and Selected Economic Parameters"
and work your way through the whole section....

http://brazosinternational.info/economic-analysis-and-financial-statements/important-assumptions-and-selected-economic-parameters/

Notice where it says "The table on the following page shows the four projects provided in this pro forma forecast as well as selected economic parameters for each. Of these four projects, only the first one is a project owned or controlled by BR. The other three are projects which BR are in or have been in discussions regarding their acquisition."

The next page here "Projected Revenue and Expense"

http://brazosinternational.info/economic-analysis-and-financial-statements/projected-revenue-and-expense/

It states "Our projected cash flow through 2013 generated from the four property portfolio is shown on three tables on the following pages. Acquisition costs are assumed to occur in the first month of operations and capital expenditure for development and exploration drilling is funded over a 12 month period. Revenue is increasing steadily through April 2012 as oil production from drilling activity comes online."

Based on all 4 properties being acquired within the first 6 months as it shows they expect to do here:

http://brazosinternational.info/company-summary/start-up-summary-and-capital-needs/

With these assumptions, your looking at:

All 4 properties "initial net oil" at around ~22,000 bopm (barrels per month), and "upside net oil potential" at ~30,000 bopm.

The "Proforma Income Statement" here:

http://brazosinternational.info/economic-analysis-and-financial-statements/pro-forma-income-statement/

shows estimated gross for 8 months 2011 at 19,922,000.00 and net at 7,173,000.00....

By the way, they even estimate the share price at the end of this year here:

http://brazosinternational.info/economic-analysis-and-financial-statements/pro-forma-market-valuation/

whats top range (39.2 p/e) = 281,182,000.00 / 888,000,000 = ?? $P/S

and bottom range (36.5 p/e) = 261,814,000.00 / 888,000,000 = ?? $P/S

I know these are all just estimates and IMHO, but its better than all the doom and gloom......GLTA
