Oh well, at least the ICOA Finanicals are back up for viewing, I for one , do not care what the 2009 or 2010 Finanicals look like good or bad, just get them completed and filed already so the Wisp Buyout can be completed, plus I hope to see Other Joint Venture agreements finalized soon as well. IMO

Bottomline, ICOA needs to be fully reporting, after this happens, and ICOA finally is fully transparent and get's all the bad finanical's out, once and for all, then , and only then, can ICOA complete the WISP Buyout , plus much more to come with J/V's etc as well, going forward into 2012. IMO
