Bought plenty of AIGPRA Preferred Class A about a month ago. Made 25% on dividend payments in one shot. I go short on all dividends especially in the REIT's. Buy on or around the announcement date of the next dividend. Watch them climb. Hold either until you gain the % increase(same % as what the dividend will pay) or hold little longer until after the dividend rebound.

AIGPRA is a mandatory convertible preferred stock and the conversion date is coming up in August/September this 2001 so one dividend payment is left. They never missed one yet.

Hey guys, AIG will bounce back and is an excellent long term hold. Big investors are getting in.
