I think they will file soon. But yes they are late.
They have limited financial information because their previous filings are considered unaudited because their auditor was unlicensed.

They filed recently with the SEC a statement that makes me believe the will file financials (or something hopefully) this week.

However, other people have commented that BFAR could post even later due to the large workload BFAR is for their auditor.

As far as I know the auditor has confirmed working on BFAR and I would assume they would be professional about finishing on time.
