IW: I wouldn't expect too much out of the hearing. My guess is nothing will be decided. Best case, Jeff wins and has to deal with the QASP mess, worse case, Joe wins. Doesn't impact the share exchange.

IMO, Jeff just wanted to pursue the case to get more info to nail dean et al.
