I say this is not good is because i am telling you point blank if you think Shiller has an agenda you are getting paranoid on this topic and i don't know why.
Shiller does NOT speculate on housing he reasons about housing(His name is Robert J. Shiller)
Here is his website so you can see and read about your Darth Vader who is out to scare people and drive prices of housing down in California and the NorthEast Corridor.
