pennypauly, I have about 5% of the float, 2 of my friends have about 2 and 3 % respectively. That is about 10%. We can easily buy another million shares @ 5 cents wich would make us own about 60% of the float. If they take us down to 2.5 cents, We'll take it all (float).

I don't have a problem filing a 13D with the SEC...

If JEFF does not want us to take it all, they better make sure they keep share price higher!

We'll wait and grab what we can...
