The way each person reads the 8k reveals something about their mindset of the reader, at least the mindset of buying, holding, or selling.

I read this as some one(s) liked what they see in SNEY and wanted in.
I know 4 guys that bought in at .0035 including me- They are all long players willing to wait. They are willing to hold for years as they have bought with retirement funds and believe in SNEY. So, for me I see the 8k as a step towards removal of the CE.
Just bought more today as soon IMO we see good news!
