It does make for strong bid support, but we need strong volume hitting the ask. One thing I do like is the low volume stand still. What I mean by that is the fact that the stock can sit motionless and not tic down on lower volume. That says three things, we are in consolidation mode which isn't a bad thing, there aren't many sellers and finally, the stock is not being shorted to death.
