Ok guys well I am down here in osua. I went to the track on Saturday and spoke to some people their and they acknowledge that the track is being sought out and that it would be good for both the company that aquires it and the DR gov.. Do some looking into how the DR is leasing the electricity in the country to Venezuala.

As far as the casino it was a nice spot. i won some cash on black jack lat night and bought some more shares today. The staff is great, the night club is a big hit here in town and seems to be running well. The down part of any of this is the decrease in tourists in the area. I still feel good about my investment and I am certainly glad I made the trip myself to check out the track and casino for myself.
