From the looks of it, NITE is no longer shorting this. This seems to validate the information presented on this board that the Q is coming off soon and the ticker symbol change is coming so there is no point in shorting when you would have to cover almost immediately.

plus, why would you short something that is pretty much guaranteed to go through the roof?

MM's aren't stupid.
