I guess two question fior the "pennland gurs" out there is this:

1)Why wasn't the PR put out earlier in the day, as opposed to having an entire W/E for people ( who are not in this like us) to forget about it?

2) Does anyone expect any jump in PPS as of this week off of what the PR has?
