In this instance MSMY hasn't let us down in regard to the CC. It was clearly stated that it would be available after 48hrs. That is not a promise that it will be available on the 49th hour (...and the weekend isn't counted in that 48hrs either.)

I think the company deserves a hell of a lot of credit for putting together a solid CC with the Ambassador's participation on such short notice!

I know what you are saying in regard to "under-promise, over deliver"... but it doesn't really apply here since MSMY hasn't let us down. It is the responsibility of traders/investors to properly read & understand the language of press releases and know that Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Period.
