I wouldn't be so sure that this will not get back up to higher levels shortly.

This is the perfect kind of stock to be in. Just put out their first quarter filing. This is bound to grow incrimentally over the next few Q's before it begins to stabilize. Next quarter has to be higher than this one etc etc. It could be significantly higher depending on how much revenue the upcoming acquisition makes and how the deal is structured. Along with that growth will follow pps.

A lot of eyes on MSEP right now and I think this will continue to show strength and climb higher. IMO
