After running thru the posts I am very disturbed

at what I have viewed this weekend.
It seems posters are more interested in their own agenda than discussing anything that could be to the benefit of anyone other than themselves. AND I mean some of the posters
I had considered upstanding and fair, till now. It seems engaging in foolish argument and sprouting some of the most ridiculous theories, is more important than keeping a level head playing whatever beneficial thought you may have, close to the chest for mutual advantage. -- Can you wonder why a NDA is so necessary__??
Of the posts I have read many would seem to be blatant lies, spun into something meaningful. IS THAT SO or not?
Questionable quasi legal dissemination of a document "published" with ulterior motive, AND potential slander, AND then attempted meaningful discussion based on a summarized transcript, is in a word sickening, and in no way a tribute to the legal NOR business profession, nor a tribute to those who profess to fully understand the document and the circumstances involved, to the extent of passing judgement.
Sorry people this disgusts me!

I have not known Jeff, nor James, for very long and probably don't know them particularly well anyway. But what I do know of them, I have respect for and in my opinion I think they have a lot of guts and are trustworthy. Certainly from my perspective.
ONE MAJOR PROBLEM and this is the whole crux of the mess that is going on:
Things are taking too long, it is time for the NDA, it is time for the promised process to proceed to conclusion.
ONE OTHER MAJOR problem: There are a lot of troublemakers whom I thought were in the positive side of things and are not. I am very good at analysis, fact the best.
In a nutshell and in the vernacular of what I have seen this weekend, take it or leave it, I don't give a sh 1 t.
