Although it's impossible to authenticate it simply be receiving a forwarded e-mail, there are quite a few key markers that I look for when viewing a forwarded e-mail to determine whether they are forged or real, and they were all there. I'd rather not publicly state what those markers are as they would instantly become useless when dealing with anyone on this board, but if you send me your e-mail I'd be glad to share them with you.

I'm comfortable saying that the e-mail responses from Renfro were most likely legitimate and I am now operating under the assumption that JR is currently responding to e-mail inquiries after a long period of silence. Hope that is sufficient to answer your question. . .
