Jim Farooquee mentioned mergers and acquisitions during both USFM Webinars. It's seems that he's putting a team of M&A pro's together for the big show!

"More than one but less than five" acquisition targets he said.

Clearly his focus is in Geothermal, Solar, Biomass, and Wind Energy as indicated during his power point presentations. So why not his company US Green Energy? They already have their hand in all of it.

"US Green Energy, Inc., (USGE) is a pre-public holding company focused on acquiring high-growth firms, assets and properties in the Green & Renewable Energy industry."

possible timeline:
1. hire IR Firm
2. Clean up USFM and all of Yan's crap.
3. Release the financials.
4. Remove Skull & Bones
5. release a few pr's
6. possible uplist
7. raise more capital
8. M&A's begin!
