I agree with you lowman. I have a scottrade account and made a mistake like that and the system brought up an error message and stated something like this, (can't remember exactly), the price entered for this stock exceeds fair market value,,,something to that effect and directed me to re-enter the price. Now I don't know if a broker can enter a price like that or not, but if he could and did, I think he would be out of a job.
