So this is part of how the 'game' is played? In my opnion, that makes NO sense at all but may will admit to not being as well-versed legally as some may be.

However, that doesn't change the basic premise of depositions being released even if that IS how the game is played. Why would one side 'buy' a deposition snf release it? What is their motivation? If their case is THAT strong, wouldn't they simply work through the legal process and easily win their case in a court of law where they should? I've never heard of a case being won on a message board or through any public forum. GLTA
