However, that doesn't change the basic premise of depositions being released even if that IS how the game is played. Why would one side 'buy' a deposition snf release it? What is their motivation? If their case is THAT strong, wouldn't they simply work through the legal process and easily win their case in a court of law where they should? I've never heard of a case being won on a message board or through any public forum. GLTA
