LOL...this is quite an interpretation of Mr. DiGenova's deposition but is, as usual, not accurate.

According to the deposition, Jeff was involved with (at least) Two Debt Wraps, of which HE ADMITTED HE WAS GOING TO SELL BACK INTO THE MARKET!!!

That is NOT what what was said in the deposition for the sake of the record OR TRUTH if that matters at all. He said 'he couldn't sell any of his preferred IF he wanted to.' LOL...that's a LLLOOONNNGGG way from an admission of 'going to sell back into the market.'

Maybe a better question you ought to be asking yourself is "Who authorized this deposition to be leaked?" It was NOT the court and though I have ZERO proof, very seriously doubt it was Mr. DiGenova himself. If I were the judge, someone would pay a severe price for an act that is CLEARLY intended to damage someone involved in litigation in my courtroom.

That said, who in this has so LITTLE regard for a court of law or a judge to so openly and brazenly release information the court hasn't? In my opinion, that alone speaks to a complete lack of honesty, integrity, or character.

Contrary to what some people seem to think, this message board is NOT a courtroom where people are to be tried or convicted. Many of these posts are WAY across the line of moral, decent, ethical, or legal behavior. GLTA
