More true to say 'don't know their reasons' than to imply 'why else?' or to use little catchy phrases like 'clearly shows', 'not correct', and 'no reason' which sound so certain, so powerful and so convincing, but aren't, or may not be - in order to erode confidence in what we do know by making what we don't know sound final.

Of course, if you are a professional, that changes everything. Might as well continue with your business.

Bottom line - lots of things we don't know, or haven't been informed about directly by the company in a PR or a filing yet.
