As I have posted before, do your own due diligence. There are people on this board that got in on the hype before they did any due diligence and are now disgruntled and will make negative posts on this stock, IMO. Their right and privilege in a free country to say what they want to, but does not absolve them of the right to act responsibly.

There is a trend of this stock of peak volume and little to no volume. Pick the bottom trend for buying, but this is not to be construed as a recommendation. I have been around this stock for over two years now and have made money.

As I have said before, you need to know when to hold them and when to fold them. Patience is the call of the day.

My biggest issue right now is that this company has stated: "BGreen’s Board of Directors has authorized a reduction in the number of authorized Class A Common Stock shares of forty percent (40%). This reduction in the authorized shares is subject to shareholder approval at the next shareholders meeting.

This was first stated in February 2010, which since it has't happened yet, means there has not been a board meeting for almost a year and a half.
