In all sincerity I appreciate the link. Yes the share structure must be increased to cover the conversions to common stock. But how many times do you need to repeat the same msg. Your DD is good but your conjecture is biased. If you find anything new please do post it, but the negative connotations leave folks to believe you are:

A. Looking for cheap shares
b. A gremlin (Ihub admin deletes posts with the word b****r)
C. Self Proclaimed Superhero with nothing better to do
