Hi, all. I'm returning to this board after a hiatus of a few months.

I was watching this company when it had what looked like a good idea, its pre-paid card service. Now as I understand it the company is a "business development company", and is no longer in the card business (although its www.ultima-cards.com site is still there, FWIW). So what exactly do they intend to do - what business are they in?

Also, why is there a question about the outstanding share count? Over on www.otcbb.com, clicking ACSJ brings up a stats window which gives "shares" as 256.12M (which is different from the volume) - isn't that the O/S, or is it just the float?

Sorry if these questions sound naive - TIA for any info.
