Some Q's, and please if other things concerning RS comes to mind, please throw it out there, as some of this RS stuff - I just don't have a handle on.

Does the RS have to be Ok'ed by the shareholders, or can the Company Management just decide to go ahead and do it even if there are protests?

Is the thought that, in BEHL's situation, a 1:100 RS is pretty much the norm that will happen, or are there other ratios possible/likely?
