Wow that's awesome - an Equity Committee sure is golden. I sure wish we had Equity Holders in Lehman that were as tenacious as is in WaMu.


I can't believe I have only seen one Objection to Lehman's Disclosure Statement filed so far and there is only 7 days to go til May 27th.


I seem to recall a ton of Objections to the WMI's Disclosure Statement that were filed last Spring in the Wamu bankruptcy - or is my memory not correct?
