I get your point.

Naturally, I don't know enough to say anything for sure but what if Sinopec thinks these blocks hold no value to them but don't want to drill more and take the chance of actually proving it? Would it be better to wait on Total and try to sell them something on prospects?...Or drill more and take the chance that they have nothing to sell?

I can't say that the above is my opinion because I just don't know. But no one else does either.
