The SEC action against Gendarme apparently caused the shutdown of buys and sells of Heathrow shares at most reputable brokers.

We have yet to see what the SEC investigation reveals about the Heathrow CEO's involvement. - PRmanaic

There is ZERO public record indicating HRNF is being investigated. The SEC Complaint was against Gendarme, not the companies listed in the complaint.
