What most peeps miss is that the court had no option other than
to allow permission to issue further stock to raise cash. It had to be reasonable otherwise the company would have ground to a halt, IN THE COURTS EYES. Green note is needed to pay for the ongoing expenses and provide for the wherewithal to conduct business, ie. flight school, aircraft etc., etc.
Of course we all know better, but this could end to our benefit! I won't expound on that for obvious reasons (remember the chess game).
JC is not going to be able to take any advantage of any increase for his own benefit, other than maybe a small amount, because all expenditure is supervised.
So in the scheme of things I do not think the price will tank, because there will not be that many takers, so this will not provide any opportunity to cover. Of course I could be wrong in so far as JC couldn't give a sh 1 t, but he is treading a very, very fine line.
Also the returns, if they materialize have to be used for what the court gave permission for. AND that means assets for QASP.
Just a brief take. None of it will effect what we are waiting for.
