So no more filings for VCTY...? That is just about the worst PR update I have seen and VCTY has provided a lot of bad PR updates over the past year... basically - who cares about all of you - we don't have to file nor do we want to...

VCTY: "filings, detailed information - what in the world is this company doing"? NOT OUR PROBLEM.

They are going to file things on some IR company's website? That's not considered official or a legal document is it?.. they will not even file it with pinksheets? How is that supposed to help repair VCTY's reputation?
