I met Joe at the Aegis conference, here's a clip from an interview (today?) and think his overview pretty much nails it down both in timeline and valuation(thanks to Ninja turtle on the yahoo thread for the find)

Not that i give a lark, but would love to see it close over .90 as that would be the high since it came off .06 in Jan of 09.
