Price targets are literally across the board, but approval should certainly bring a price North of $2.50. The rest will depend on if the market thinks they can gain market share. Some analysts have estimated sales at 1 Billion in the near future...even without a sales multiplier that puts the current market cap around 30 times where it is now.
