I am not even sure if CGAQ is awarded the race track that it is a good deal. Consider the condition of the track (if anyone has looked at pictures) and the fact that it is in a poor Country can it even turn a profit. I know the last guys didn't know what they were doing but they lost their butts and what makes anyone think CGAQ knows what they are doing considering they couldn't even get their online roulette wheel up and running to date.

BTW This is just all my opinion.
