As I posted before, the plan all along hinged on the bankruptcy being moved to a chapther 7 and concluded. The banks now can restart XI without paying US originated debt. The banks will get their loans repaid either though Govt. financing or sales. Individually they will buy-up shares at 0.0001, and make a fortune. Once again this is almost inside info. Just read the tea leaves, not a coincidence that the chatter started almost as soon as the bankruptcy ended.
